Assess candidate after screening interview
Based on the position description provided in the document (or task) and the screening interview transcript, assess the candidate for the role using the following template. Attach the completed assessment to the candidate's profile in BambooHR. If the assessment is positive: 1. Prepare follow-up questions to be asked in the next interview to help reduce the risk of a poor fit. Attach these questions to the candidate's profile in the HRIS. 2. Schedule the next interview with the hiring manager. To do this, find an available time slot in the manager's calendar and send an email with the interview details to the candidate. If the assessment is negative: 1. Send a rejection email to the candidate. Finally, update the candidate's status in the HRIS to reflect the current stage.
